Dintorni is a space dedicated to giving voice to projects, ideas, and works of art that deserve to be known. It is a collaborative laboratory of thoughts and creations, aiming to become a network and meeting point for creators in the
Veneto region, bringing visibility to projects that often remain hidden.
The Zero Issue of Dintorni magazine, Asterismi, has been designed as a philosophical foundation for future publications.
An asterism, beyond being a typographic symbol (**), is the name given to any group of stars shining in the sky that, unlike an officially recognized constellation, has no formal status.
Asterisms are free-form figures, made up of imaginary lines connecting often faint stars—waiting to be discovered and told.
Much like asterisms, the creative scene in Veneto is alive, even if not always visible. It is composed of artists and designers forming a complex network of ideas, projects, and future visions.
This issue seeks to begin tracing its outlines. The issue features contributions from 17 participants, gathered through an open call.
