The development of the identity for the "Terre e Acque" trade district, comprising five municipalities in the lower Friuli region, was inspired by the area's traditional mosaic art. A modular system was designed based on two distinct elements: one linear, representing the "Terre" — the soil and the earth, and the other for the "Acque" — rivers and waterways. These two elements combine to form a system of symbols that reflect the di erent areas of the district. Additionally, a custom alphabet was created specifically for this identity.
