Fatevelo da voi! - Archivio dell'editoria indipendente e militante dal 1960 al 1980 in Italia

The volume represents a work of archiving and in-depth study aimed at understanding a historical period in which communication media such as newspapers and editorial magazines were fundamental in promoting information independent of economic, editorial, distribution, and social constraints, thus ensuring direct and free communication for all social classes.

The introduction is developed through six fundamental texts for understanding this period, presented in the five introductory chapters:

1.1 - Counterculture and Social Movements
1.2 - Umberto Eco, "l'altra grafica"
1.3 - Counter-information and Alternative Information
1.4 — Technical-Practical Guide to the Counter - Journal
1.5 — A Medium Less Prone to Alterations

The visual material in the volume, including illustrations and images, was scanned and digitized at the «Mauro Rostagno» Documentation Center, located in the archives of the "Fondazione
Museo Storico del Trentino".

The archive consists of 42 titles, divided into:
Section 1 - Political Newspapers and Magazines
Section 2 - Counterculture and Information Newspapers
Section 3 - Feminist Movement Newspapers and Magazines
